4-month co-op terms aligned with University of Waterloo, Royal Military College of Canada, Carleton, and similar Canadian co-op programs. Engineering or research-assistant track. Direct mentorship from the founder. Real publication / shipping work.

~CAD $5–8k stipend per term + MITACS top-up where applicable

Part-Time Research / Engineering

PLANNED · 2029

Long-term part-time contractor (~0.4 FTE). Engineering, research-assistant, or business-development support. Suited to senior PhD students, postdocs, or established professionals seeking a second engagement.

Competitive hourly rate + revenue share on contributed deliverables

Academic Fellow / Research Collaborator

ROLLING

Joint research engagements with academics at UK / EU / Canadian institutions interested in adversarial AI methodology. Co-authored papers, MITACS-funded projects, or visiting positions.

The profile that fits us.

  • Strong research background in multi-agent reinforcement learning, game theory, or computational strategy.
  • Comfortable with both rigorous methodology and applied engineering — we ship code, not slides.
  • Interest in defence, strategic studies, or wargaming — not required but compatible with what we publish.
  • Eligible to work in Canada (for co-op programs) or comfortable with remote engagement.
